Enemy Tamil Movie Story
Enemy is a 2021 Indian Tamil language action thriller film written and directed by Anand Shankar and produced by Vinod Kumar under the banner of Mini Studios. The film stars Vishal, Arya, Mirnalini Ravi and Mamta Mohandas in the lead roles, and Prakash Raj, Thampi Ramaiah and Karunakaran in the supporting roles.The film ran for 25 days at the box office and received mixed reviews from critics and viewers alike.
In Ooty 1996, two friends, Cholan Ramalingam and Rajeev Barirajan were trained by Barirajan’s father, a former CBI officer. He helps them join the police force. Despite being given equal training, Cholan seemed to deal with Rajeev better, making the latter jealous of the former. One day, Cholan and Rajeev play chess which Rajeev wins. When Rajiv Cholan leaves thinking about the end, he finds Barirajan lying dead on the ground.
The boys are taken to the police station, but Cholan tells the inspector and Cholan’s father, Ramalingam, that he can use his skills to defeat the killer, but Ramalingam leaves Rajeev alone and takes Cholan away. In 2021, Cholan will become the owner of a supermarket run by his father in Singapore. However, he has now evolved into a part-time vigilante and has secretly cracked down on petty crime and corruption to help the Tamil community. One day, a gas company near his shop suddenly exploded, killing 11 Tamils and seriously injuring 5 others.
Cholan, the painter behind the chaos, caught Joseph and handed him over to the police. The next day, the Indian foreign minister, who is coming to Singapore to address the Tamil people, struggles to speak, and Cholan immediately realizes that his artificial heart has been damaged and shoots him in the chest to save her. Cholan was caught by the police but was released after realizing that he had saved her.
After Cholan informed the police, they caught the culprit in a hotel and it was revealed that he was now a notorious assassin, Rajiv, who was hired by a Beijing corporate businessman to assassinate the foreign minister. But Rajiv threatens to kill the family members of the policemen and escapes. Cholan meets Rajeev and reveals what happened on the day of his separation: Rajeev confronts him by Barirajan for abusing his talent and robbing him of money, which led Rajeev to kill his father.
