K.G.F: Chapter 2 is a 2022 Indian action film set in Kannada, written and directed by Prashant Neal and produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the banner of Hombale Films. The second part of the two-part series serves as a sequel to the 2018 film K.G.F: Chapter 1.
The film stars Iasi, Sanjay Dut, Ravina Tandon, Srinidhi Sheti and Prakash Raj. Next is hitman Rocky, who, having established himself as king of the Kolar goldfields, must maintain his supremacy over opponents and government officials while making peace with his past.

Produced on a budget of 100 rupees (US$13 million), K.G.F: Chapter 2 is the most expensive Canadian film of all time. Neel retained the techniques of his predecessors, with Bhuvan Gowda working on the cinematography and Ravi Basrur writing the music for the film’s soundtrack and backdrop.
Dutt and Tandon joined the cast in early 2019, marking the debut of the first Canadian film. Parts of the film are shot sequentially with Chapter 1. The principal shooting of the rest of the series started in March 2019 but was stopped in February 2020 due to the COVID-19 lockdown in India. Filming resumed five months later and ended in December 2020. Locations included Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mysore, and Kolar.

Meanwhile, Shetty bonds with Andrews’ other underlings on the west coast and crushes Rocky’s allies with renewed support from Inayat Khalil, but Rocky’s aide kills Shetty’s comrades and reclaims the beach. Rocky and his gang seriously injure Adheer and kill his followers with their newly acquired weapons. Enraged by the KGF, several central ministers planned a no-confidence vote in the DYSS-backed government to bring Ramika Sen to power, but Rocky’s supporters threatened other ministers with a vote and the proposal fell through. Rocky kills Shetty and takes over Bombay.
Pandian warns Rocky about Sen’s getting bigger size, but he ignores it. Three years later, in 1981, he won the general election in India and became Prime Minister. After CBI agent Caneganti Ragavan informed him of the situation at K.G.F, he closed all state borders and allowed him to attack Rocky’s camp.
